This episode is a Bible Study about "doubting" Thomas in John 20:24-29. If your faith in Jesus has ever gone through a moment of doubt, this episode will help you understand that Jesus doesn’t condemn you because you doubted. As we walk through this passage, I point out two key insights that I know will encourage you and show you that Jesus doesn’t define you by your moment of doubt.
"Doubting" Thomas was one of Jesus' twelve disciples. He walked with Jesus for three years. He witnessed the many miracles of Jesus. He saw Jesus liberate those oppressed by demonic powers. He witnessed Jesus heal countless individuals of diseases and illnesses. In spite of all he witnessed, Thomas doubted. When the other disciples told them that Jesus had risen from the dead, Thomas doubted. Not only did he doubt, but he declared that it would take an incredible amount of undeniable proof to get him to believe. Although Thomas doubted, Jesus did not condemn him for his doubt. If you've ever doubted what Jesus can do, Jesus does not condemn you for your doubt!
